If you are not 100% happy with the item purchased Ratel is more than happy to exchange if the product is in the same condition as received (not used or worn) and stock is available to exchange.
Waiting period could be 4 -6 weeks depending on availability.
Customer will be liable for any additional courier fees on exchanged item.
Leather items can vary in color and might have marks on from time to time.
